Overnight Oats

Serves 1

Ingredients 1/2 cup rolled oats ¼ cup unsweetened almond or trim milk 1 scoop protein powder (optional) 100g unsweetened greek yoghurt 1 tablespoon blueberries

Directions: Add rolled oats to a glass or bowl and rice milk, greek yoghurt and protein powder and stir. Place one tablespoon blueberries on top.  Refrigerate overnight and enjoy for breakfast.
